The Ross Creative Works Team

We’re marketing nerds, process junkies, and passionate creatives. We love what we do. It may look like we’re over here having a bunch of fun – and we are. But there’s a lot more to it. Every day we’re designing a better world. We’re helping incredible companies like yours communicate better, so you can keep doing incredible things. Basically, we get to do what we love, so that you get to do what you love.

Jessica brings a decade of strategy and storytelling experience to the team. Grounded by an M.Ed., a management and teaching background, and a track record of ghostwriting over a dozen published books, she’s a straight shooter who knows how to make a brand’s message worth remembering. On the daily, she analyzes market trends, creates messaging frameworks, builds intuitive site maps, and measures campaign performance to fine-tune processes.

Jessica’s perfect day: Taking Kung Fu with her family, eating a deep dish at Lou Malnati’s, and watching the latest comedy show on Netflix.

Roadtripper type: The pathfinder. She’s mapped three possible routes, identified the worthwhile detours, and can get you out of traffic jams fast.

Lori brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies find the story that sets them apart and bring it to life with powerful content. A former Silicon Valley marketing leader at Marketo, Clarizen, and other B2B software firms, she now advises organizations on strategy, messaging, launches, and high-stakes projects that need senior-level thinking with a short runway. Lori is known for getting up to speed quickly, asking the questions that sharpen the strategy, and making complex ideas clear, credible, and compelling. She’s been a proud partner with Ross Creative Works since 2019.

Lori’s perfect day: Exploring somewhere new, making a great meal with her husband, and singing with her beloved Downers Grove Choral Society.
